 Bishops Finger and Spitfire Premium Kentish Ales (also available in the System Bolaget) are both registered with the European Commission as a Protected Geographical Indicator (PGI), signifying that they are brewed using only local ingredients by traditional methods. Another example of this is Champagne from the Champagne region in France – and nowhere else!
